1. About the Trust

Evr Periyar Peravai Charitable Trust is a registered charitable trust headquartered at 10-12/126, Godavari Street, Simmaiya Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai – 600092, Tamil Nadu, working in education, healthcare, food and welfare drives, community upliftment, and event support. The Trust is led by R. Munusamy (Director) and P. Preetha (Executive Director).

2. Use of This Website

You may browse this website and use its forms only for legitimate purposes connected with donating, volunteering, sponsoring, or partnering with the Trust. You agree not to:

3. Donations

• Donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support our ongoing programs, and are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of a verified duplicate transaction or payment processing error.
• Until our online payment gateway is live, donors submitting the Donate form will be contacted by our team to complete the donation via bank transfer or UPI to the Trust's official account.
• Donors are responsible for ensuring the name, phone number, and email provided are accurate, as these are used to issue donation receipts and, where applicable, 80G certificates.
• Unless a donation is explicitly earmarked by the donor for a specific program and accepted as such by the Trust in writing, funds may be allocated at the Trust's discretion toward its ongoing education, healthcare, welfare, and community programs.
• Donation amounts are stated and processed in Indian Rupees (₹) only.

4. Volunteering

Submitting the Volunteer form is an expression of interest, not a confirmed placement. Our team reviews applications based on current program needs across Education Support, Healthcare Camps, Food & Welfare Drives, Community Upliftment, and Event Support, and will contact suitable applicants directly. Volunteers are expected to act respectfully, follow the guidance of on-ground coordinators, and represent the Trust's values of service, equality, and social upliftment during any activity they take part in. The Trust reserves the right to decline or discontinue a volunteer's participation at its discretion.

5. Sponsorship & Partnerships

Requests submitted through our Sponsor a Cause or Partner With Us forms are inquiries only, and do not constitute a binding agreement with the Trust. Any sponsorship of a specific program, or any corporate CSR, NGO, institutional, or event-based partnership, will only take effect once confirmed separately in writing (including agreed scope, funds, and reporting expectations) between the sponsoring or partnering party and the Trust.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text, photographs, and design, is the property of Evr Periyar Peravai Charitable Trust or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
